ams OSRAM LZ1 IR LEDs

ams OSRAM LZ1 IR LEDs are 1050nm infrared LED emitters with a matching starboard option. These LEDs feature a very low thermal resistance of 6°C/W, JEDEC level 1 for moisture sensitivity level, and a very high radiant flux density. The ams OSRAM LZ1 IR LEDs come in a surface-mount ceramic package with an integrated glass lens. These LEDs are reflow solderable and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include machine vision, solar panel testing, sensing, and life science.
