ams OSRAM Advanced Power TOPLED® .02 features PLCC 6 packages with a robust design that can withstand harsh environmental conditions. The devices offer the highest level of processability and contain InGaAlP-chip technology. The APT.02 has brightness performance with a wide range of available bins with high luminous efficiency and excellent thermal resistance.
