Amphenol Air LB France SIM Modular Multifunctional Rectangular Connectors feature shells and modules which together create an integrated solution that supports advanced signal and power requirements. These connectors utilize overmold Technology and are flexible and simple to use during design and operation. The SIM rectangular connectors come in a metallic version for robust applications and in a composite version for weight-saving applications. These connectors conform to fire/smoke/toxicity ABD0031 and FAR 25853.
The SIM splice with cable clamp provides a reliable and simple connection between two EN4165 / SIM modules. These provide in-seat modular and flexible wiring with quick install interconnect or splicing. The modules for crimped contacts come with crimp or PCB contacts for board-level applications. These modules are available in male and female versions with or without peripheral sealing.
