Alliance Memory MT46H Automotive LPDDR SDRAM

Alliance Memory MT46H Automotive LPDDR SDRAM with bidirectional data strobe per byte of data (DQS) includes auto-refresh and self-refresh modes. The DQS is edge-aligned with data for READs and center-aligned with data for WRITEs. This LPDDR SDRAM provides Deep Power-Down (DPD), Status Read Register (SRR), and selectable output Drive Strength (DS). This LPDDR SDRAM offers a concurrent auto precharge option supported by Differential clock inputs (CK and CK#). The MT46H LPDDR SDRAM features four internal banks for simultaneous operation and internal, pipelined Double Data Rate (DDR) architecture. This LPDDR SDRAM operates at a -25°C to 85°C temperature range (wireless), and offers an 8K refresh count.
