Allegro MicroSystems CT813x TMR Digital Latches

Allegro MicroSystems CT813x Omnipolar Tunnel Magneto-resistance (TMR) Digital Latches provide a monolithic solution for superior sensing performance. CT813x TMR Digital Latches are designed for consumer and industrial applications and are based on Allegro MicroSystems XtremeSense™ TMR technology with an integrated CMOS process. Allegro MicroSystems CT813x Digital Latches offer stable magnetic operation over the operating temperature range. CT813x offers low power consumption as low as 110nA, which is ideal for battery-operated products where minimal current consumption is required. It supports magnetic fields down to 0.9mT for applications where there is a large air gap requirement.
