Allegro MicroSystems ACS37010 & ACS37012 Current Sensors

Allegro MicroSystems ACS37010 and ACS37012 Current Sensors are high accuracy, 450kHz fully integrated Hall-effect current sensors in a fused-lead SOIC-6 package. Current flows through the internal conductor coupling the magnetic field generated to the Hall sensor IC. As a result of no physical connection between the current and the IC, high isolation is achieved. Two Hall plates that subtract out interfering external common-mode magnetic fields sense the current differentially. The sensors are factory-trimmed to provide high accuracy over the entire operating range without the need for customer programming.

The ACS37010 and ACS37012 are offered in the LZ fused-lead SOIC-6 package, providing 420VRMS/594VDC reinforced isolation in a compact and more cost-effective package. The sensor features a voltage reference output pin for noisy supply environments. The SOIC-6 package has lower conductor resistance versus standard SOIC-8 packages and supports higher isolation up to 840VRMS/1188VDC basic isolation.
