Advantech EPC-C301 Fanless Embedded PC is powered by an 8th Gen. Intel® Core™ Processor with Quad/Dual Cores (i7/i5). The EPC-C301 features diverse domain-focused I/O and can operate in broad temperature ranges. The EPC-C301 integrates Intel® and Canonical technologies provides Ubuntu OS and OpenVINO toolkits and is aimed at accelerating the advancement of AIoT. This powerful system is optimized for machine vision applications, such as automated optical inspection (AOI) and automated plate number recognition (APNR).

The EPC-C301 supports up to four GbE LAN and four USB 3.2 Gen2 x1 (10Gbps) to accommodate the IP/HD camera inputs required for AOI, APNR, and other machine vision applications. To improve expandability, the EPC-C301 features four USB 2.0 and four UARTs for card readers, barcode scanners, keypads, fingerprint sensors, and other peripherals. Two isolated CANBus ports are also provided for use in automation and medical applications. This solution is equipped with Windows and Linux based drivers and APIs to dramatically improve convenience and compatibility.

The EPC-C301EVK-S6A1 and EPC-C301EVK-S7A1 variants of the EPC-C301 include a pre-installed VEGA-330 Intel® Movidius™ Accelerator Card in the MiniPCIe slot.

The Advantech EPC-C301 Embedded PC is housed in a compact 170mm x 118mm x 70mm case and it can be mounted on a desk, wall, or DIN rail.
