Advanced Thermal Solutions cryoQOOL CPU Cooler for Servers are designed for cooling dense 2U applications using CPUs that fit the Intel® LGA2011 square, LGA2066 (Socket R), and LGA 1366 sockets. Advanced Thermal Solutions cryoQOOL CPU Cooler features front-to-back airflow from fans and provides 267W maximum thermal dissipation power (TDP).

The ATS-HK379-R0 optional backing plate allows the cryoQOOL to be used in applications that do not use the Intel® square and LGA2066 (Socket R) sockets.
