Advanced Photonix Photoconductive Photocells

Advanced Photonix Photoconductive Photocells are Light Dependent Resistors (LDR) with sensitivity in the visible light region. The Photoconductive Photocells are packaged in a 2-pin leaded plastic-coated ceramic header, and the device surface is plastic encapsulated for moisture resistance. The Photocells are designed to sense light from 400nm to 700nm. The device’s resistance decreases as the light level increases with efficiency characteristics similar to the human eye. The Advanced Photonix Photoconductive Photocells are available in a wide range of resistance values.
