Analog Devices Inc. TMCM-1617-BB Evaluation Board is designed to demonstrate all of the features of the TMCM-1617 Miniaturized Servo Drive. The TMCM-1617 is a low-weight, single-axis servo driver for 3-phase BLDC (Brushless DC) motors with up to 18A RMS motor current and a +24V supply. The TMCM-1617 includes CAN, RS485, and EtherCAT® communication interfaces and supports incremental encoders and digital hall sensors as position feedback.
The ADI TMCM-1617-BB Evaluation Board includes all of the required communication connectors and I/O headers for interfacing with the TMCM-1617. The Evaluation Board can be used with all three variants of the Servo Drive. Motor power supply and motors can be connected via onboard screw terminals or screw terminal blocks. Digital supply is provided separately.
The Analog Devices Inc. Motion Control Language Integrated Development Environment (TMCL-IDE) is a Graphic User Interface (GUI) for developing applications using ADI modules and chips, including the TMCM-1617 Miniaturized Servo Drive. The TMCL-IDE provides tools for easily setting parameters, visualizing data in real time, and developing and debugging stand-alone applications with TMCL.
