SparkFun Poke Home Connector

SparkFun Poke Home Connector provides a simple screw-terminal-type connector for easy wire connection purposes. The Poke Home Connectors are similar to screw terminals as they grasp a wire entered into the receiving area of the pin-out by pressing down on the small plastic strip at the end of the housing. The internal clamp raises, and as the button is released, it secures the wire in place without any soldering.
