Dura-Con / Cinch Connectivity Solutions Micro-D Connector Savers

Dura-Con / Cinch Connectivity Solutions Micro-D Connector Savers are designed to significantly reduce damage to already mounted Dura-Con Connectors during routine system tests. Dura-Con / Cinch Micro-D Connector Savers eliminate the numerous mating and unmating cycles experienced by connectors on test harnesses. Connector Savers are available in all-plastic or in a metal shell. Both options are UL94V-0 rated and feature a plug connector on one end and a socket connector on the other.

The Micro-D tools and hardware include jackscrews, jackposts, nuts, clips, and washers. The jackscrews feature a minimum tensile strength of 125000ps and are built using nonmagnetic corrosion resistant steel. The jackpost and nuts feature corrosion resistant steel material per ASTM A484/A484M and EITHER ASTM A276 or ASTM A582/A582M. The clip and washers feature corrosion resistant steel material per ASTM A484/A484M.
