MACOM CMPA851A050S-AMP1 GaN MMIC HPA Evaluation Board is for demonstrating and evaluating the CMPA851A050S SMD GaN MMIC High Power Amplifier. The included amplifier supports up to 80W of saturated output power with 29dB of large signal gain utilizing high performance, 0.15µm GaN-on-SiC production process. The MACOM CMPA851A050S operates from 8.5GHz to 10.5GHz and supports defense/commercial-related radar applications. This surface-mount device allows SWAP-C analysis optimization in next-generation requirements.
