Renesas Electronics RA2E2 32-Bit Microcontroller Group offers low-power operation and best-in-class power performance using an ARM Cortex-M23 core based on Armv8-M architecture. The RA2E2 provides innovative peripheral functions such as an I3C interface, EEPROM, HOCO, high current drive ports, 5V tolerant IO, TRNG, and AES.

The Renesas RA2E2 Microcontrollers feature the smallest package options in the RA Family. The RA2E2 is available with 16kB to 64kB of Flash memory in 16 WLCSP, 20 QFN, and 24 QFN packages. The size and memory of the RA2E2 satisfy the need for cost-sensitive and space-constrained applications.

The RA2E2 enables extremely cost-effective designs for IoT sensor nodes, portable devices, industrial control, and any battery-operated application that requires developers to cut power consumption, cost, and space.
