STMicroelectronics STGIK50CH65T SLLIMM High Power IPM is a high-power small low-loss intelligent molded module (SLLIMM). The IPM provides a compact, high-performance AC motor drive in a simple, rugged design. It combines driver control with improved short-circuit rugged 650V trench gate field-stop IGBTs, resulting in ideal for 3-phase inverters motor drives.
