Infineon Technologies 600V Reverse Conducting Drives offer cost-effective IGBTs with monolithically integrated diode. These devices are available in a 600V collector-emitter voltage and have 1A, 3A, 4A, and 6A DC collector current ratings available. Each IGBT has a very tight parameter distribution and a 1 to 20kHz operating range. The Infineon Technologies IKN0xN60RC2 has a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and a short circuit capability of 3µs. These devices are ideal for ceiling fans, countertop appliances, kitchen hoods, refrigerators, indoor aircon, washing machines, and general-purpose drives (GPD).
