Amphenol / SV Microwave Synapse RF Cable Assemblies feature a high-performance RF interface that withstands 10,000 mating cycles without significant performance loss. This proprietary design keeps a continuous electrical ground under rotation (twisting), pulling (tensile force), and radial (side) loading. The Synapse series includes male to 2.92mm male 12″ assemblies and female to 2.92mm male 12″ assemblies for 0.047 cables and SV 87 low-loss cables. Amphenol / SV Microwave Synapse RF Cable Assemblies offer 50Ω impedance, DC to 40GHz frequency range, a patented zero-insertion force (ZIF) outer ground structure, and all stainless steel outer interface bodies.

Amphenol / SV Microwave Synapse RF Cable Assemblies resist corrosion (salt spray), vibration, shock, thermal shock, and moisture. They offer a temperature range of -65°C to +165°C. Typical applications include test and instrumentation, high-mating cycle automated testing equipment (ATE), military, aerospace, and harsh environments.
