MACOM MAMX-011067 5-20GHz Double Balanced Mixer is a lead-free 3mm, 12-lead QFN packaged GaAs diode mixer. The MACOM MAMX-011067 features low conversion loss, high linearity, and a broad IF bandwidth. The double-balanced circuit ensures strong port isolation, and it’s internally matched to 50Ω for easy integration. Ideal for test and measurement, microwave radio, and radar applications.
