onsemi FGHL40T65MQDT Field Stop Trench IGBT is a 4th generation mid-speed IGBT technology co-packed with a fully rated current diode. Features include smooth and optimized switching, high current capability, and tight parameter distribution. This IGBT operates at 175°C maximum junction temperature. Applications include solar inverters, UPS, ESS, PFC, and converters.
