STMicroelectronics LM4040 Micropower Shunt Voltage References are low power and high-accuracy devices with stable output voltages ranging up to 5V. The power-restricted designs of these devices feature an ultra-low operating current of 10μA at 25°C. The LM4040 shunt voltage references offer a Low-Frequency Noise (LFN) of 10μVp-p and are stable when used with capacitive loads. These devices operate at -40°C to 125°C temperature range and offer a maximum temperature co-efficient of 70ppm/°C. The LM4040 precision micropower shunt voltage references are available in ±0.1%, ±0.2%, ±0.5%, and ±1% initial accuracy versions.
