Infineon Technologies BGSA403ML10 Low Resistance Antenna Tuning Switch

Infineon Technologies BGSA403ML10 Low Resistance Antenna Tuning Switch is a versatile shunt to ground 4x Single-Pole Single-Throw (4xSPST) Switch optimized for low C_OFF and low R_ON applications up to 7.125GHz. The BGSA403ML10 integrates on-chip CMOS logic and power supply regulation. The digital control interface of the BGSA403ML10 is compliant with MIPI2.1 RFFE specifications. Each switch throw can be programmed individually or all together in the same RFFE command frame. Up to four of the same device can be controlled using the same RFFE bus thanks to the unique USID_SEL pin feature.

The Infineon Technologies BGSA403ML10 Antenna Tuning Switch is available in a compact 1.1mm x 1.5mm PG-TSLP-10-3 package ideal for space-constrained applications.
