Taiwan Semiconductor PUUP8xH Surface Mount Rectifiers feature low power loss and high efficiency. These rectifiers operate at 8A forward current and 100V to 200V repetitive voltage. The PUUP8xH rectifiers are designed with planar technology and are ideal for automated placement. These surface mount rectifiers are RoHS compliant and are AEC-Q101 qualified. Other applications include high-frequency switching, DC/DC, and snubber.
