Qorvo QPF4730 Wi-Fi® 6E Low Power Front End Module

Qorvo QPF4730 6GHz Wi-Fi® 6E Front End Module (FEM) is optimized for IEEE 802.11ax systems. The QPF4730 integrates a 5GHz to 7GHz power amplifier (PA), a single-pole two-throw switch (SP2T), and a bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device. The small form factor and integrated matching of the QPF4730 minimizes the layout area in the design. Performance is focused on optimizing the PA for a 3.3V supply voltage that conserves power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading-edge throughput. This is done across a wide bandwidth enabling operation in all channels from UNII5-8 (5.1GHz to 7.1GHz) on the fly without the need for any logic switching.  

The QPF4730 FEM includes die level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics as well as 2.4GHz rejection for DBDC operation. A broadband logarithmic voltage detector is provided for application feedback.

The Qorvo QPF4730 Wi-Fi 6E FEM is offered in a compact 16-pad laminate package and is halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS compliant.
