Qorvo QPF4656 6GHz Wi-Fi® 6E Front End Module

Qorvo QPF4656 6GHz Wi-Fi® 6E Front End Module (FEM) is optimized for IEEE 802.11ax systems. The QPF4532 integrates a 5.945GHz to 7.125GHz power amplifier (PA), a single-pole two-throw switch (SP2T), and a bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device. The small form factor and integrated matching of the  QPF4656 minimizes the layout area in the design. Performance is focused on optimizing the PA for a 5.0V supply voltage that conserves power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading-edge throughput. This is done across a wide bandwidth enabling operation in all channels from UNII5-8 (5.9GHz to 7.1GHz) on the fly without the need for any logic switching.  

The QPF4656 FEM includes die level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics as well as 2.4GHz rejection for DBDC operation. A broadband logarithmic voltage detector is provided for application feedback.

The Qorvo QPF4656 Wi-Fi 6E FEM is offered in a compact 16-pad laminate package and is halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS compliant.
