ESS Technology ES9821Q 32-Bit High Performance 2 Channel ADC is an analog-to-digital converter for a wide range of professional audio applications. The ESS Technology ES9821Q is used for recording systems, mixer consoles, or digital audio workstations. The converter is built to deliver unparalleled sound quality and specifications. The ES9821 uses ESS’s patented Hyperstream II® ADC Architecture. This innovative technology allows the converter to achieve a signal-to-noise ratio of +120dB and a total harmonic distortion plus noise of -112dB in 2-channel mode. In addition, it supports a wide range of output formats, including S/PDIF, I2S master/slave, and TDM, and comes with hardware mode for quick and easy configurations.
