Qorvo QPA1314T 55 Watt GaN Power Amplifier is created using Qorvo’s production 0.15um GaN on SiC process (QGaN15), mounted to a high thermal conductivity tab. The high-power MMIC amplifier operates between 13.75GHz and 14.5GHz while delivering 55W saturated output power. The QPA1314T is fully matched to 50ohms with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports, simplifying system integration. The QPA1314T RF ports are DC coupled to ground for optimum ESD performance.
The Qorvo QPA1314T 55 Watt GaN Power Amplifier is ideal for supporting communications and radar applications in both commercial and military markets. Additionally, the device is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to provide compliance to electrical specifications.
