Renesas Electronics SLG59H1403C High Voltage GreenFET Load Switches are used for OR’ing or manual Power MUX applications. The Renesas Electronics SLG59H1403C switches feature two 3A-rated load switches suitable for systems with multiple power sources. The device automatically detects, selects, and smoothly transitions between available inputs. The device also allows manual switching between two power rails.
