Renesas Electronics SLG59H1341C High-Voltage GreenFET Load Switches

Renesas Electronics SLG59H1341C High-Voltage GreenFET Load Switches are high-performance, self-powered load switches designed for high-side power-rail applications up to 1.3A. The Renesas Electronics SLG59H1341C switches feature a low resistance of 70mΩ and include internal protection mechanisms. When the switch is ON, it quickly opens in case of a reverse-voltage condition (VOUT > VIN + 50mV). When OFF, it prevents reverse path leakage current with an internal back-to-back reverse-current blocking circuit.
