Renesas Electronics RX660 32-Bit Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RX660 32-Bit Microcontrollers feature 5V support that enables enhanced noise immunity. The RX660 is a 120MHz general-purpose MCU with an increased number of effective pins by 10% or more compared to existing MCUs. The MCUs support CAN-FD, which is first in RX MCU. The RX660 has high-speed communication for industry, robotics, E-bike, and more. The devices reduce BoM cost and support HOCO by 1%. The RX660 MCUs are pin-compatible with existing RX products, enabling simple upgrades.
