Menlo Micro MM1200 6-Channel SPST Signal Relay

Menlo Micro MM1200 6-Channel SPST Signal Relay is optimized for high-density signal switching applications in both AC and DC circuits. The MM1200 Relay is an ideal replacement for electromechanical signal relays or reed relays. Typical applications include medical equipment, DC switch matrices and multiplexers, and test and measurement equipment.

The MM1200 is capable of 1.0A per channel steady state and delivers low on-state contact resistance and high off-state isolation with >3 billion switching cycles and <10µs switching times.

Each switch is Normally Open (NO) and individually controlled by a digital serial-to-parallel Interface. An external +5VDC logic supply and high voltage +79VDC bias source are required to operate the internal switch driver.

The Menlo Micro MM1200 6-Channel SPST Signal Relay is offered in a 6mm x 6mm BGA package and is RoHS compliant.

For all new designs Menlo Micro is recommending the MM1205.
