Menlo Micro MM3100 DC to 3GHz 6-Channel SPST RF Micro Switch

Menlo Micro MM3100 DC to 3GHz 6-Channel SPST RF Micro Switch is a high-power, normally open, single pole single throw micro-mechanical switch optimized for RF and microwave switch applications. The MM3100 is based on Ideal Switch® technology and is capable of 25W power transfer. Each channel provides ultra-low on-state insertion loss and high off-state isolation from DC to over 3.0GHz with greater than 3 billion switching cycles. Each channel can be individually controlled by a serial-to-parallel interface (SPI) that drives the gate lines of the switches. The flexibility of six SPST channels enables the implementation of different signal topologies such as dual SP3T, triple SP2T, or a 2 x 3 matrix. Only an external logic supply and gate bias source are required for the operation of the device.
