The PMEG060Vx-Q is qualified according to AEC-Q101 and intended for use in automotive applications. The Nexperia PMEG060Vx/PMEG060Vx-Q Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are housed in a CFP15B (SOT1289B) power and flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
