Nexperia PMEG030Vxx/-Q & PMEG050Vxx/-Q Schottky Rectifiers

Nexperia PMEG030Vxx/-Q and PMEG050Vxx/-Q Schottky Barrier Rectifiers offer very low forward voltage and high power capability via clip-bond technology. The PMEG030V-Q and PMEG050V-Q are qualified according to AEC-Q101 and suggested for use in automotive applications. The PMEG030Vxx/-Q rectifiers are encased in a CFP15B (SOT1289B) power and flat lead SMD plastic package.
