onsemi NCS2023x & NCV2023x Operational Amplifiers

onsemi NCS2023x and NCV2023x Operational Amplifiers feature a wide 2.7V to 36.0V supply voltage range and an input offset voltage as low as s ±0.95mV. The NCS2023x and NCV2023x Op-Amps are available in single-, dual-, and quad-channel configurations. These devices are specified for operation from -40°C to +125°C. Part numbers with an NCV prefix are AEC-Q100 automotive-grade 1 qualified and offer performance over the extended temperature range from -40°C to +150°C.

The onsemi NCS2023x and NCV2023x Op-Amps are offered in SOIC-8, SOIC-16, SOT-553, TSSOP-14, and UDFN-8 package types for design flexibility. These devices are Pb-Free, Halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
