Renesas Electronics RZ/Five-RISC-V Microprocessor features a RISC-V CPU Core (AX45MP Single) 1.0GHz and a 16-bit DDR3L/DDR4 interface. The RZ/Five MPU also includes a wide range of interfaces such as Gbit-Ethernet, CAN, and USB 2.0, making it ideal for entry-class social infrastructure gateway control and industrial gateway control.

The Renesas Electronics RZ/Five-RISC-V Microprocessor is offered in 13mm x 13mm BGA-361 and 11mm x 11mm BGA-266 packages. The BGA- variant includes a 2-channel Gigabit Ethernet Interface. The BGA-266 variant includes a 1-channel Gigabit Ethernet Interface.
