Micro Commercial Components (MCC) 650V and 1200V IGBTs utilize a Trench-Field Stop technology that delivers superior current conduction capability combined with a low conduction and switching loss. The IGBTs permit paralleling via the positive temperature coefficient. The MCC 650V and 1200V IGBTs are easy to operate and simple on and off.
