Diodes Incorporated AS2376Q AEC-Q100 Precision Operational Amplifier

Diodes Incorporated AS2376Q AEC-Q100 Precision Operational Amplifier is a low noise (9.5nV), low offset (25μV maximum) device that is precision optimized by using post-package trim. With a 5.5MHz bandwidth, the op-amp is suitable for a wide array of filtering and control applications. The low voltage operation, 950μA (maximum) low quiescent current, and excellent PSRR make the AS2376Q suitable for direct battery-powered and noise-sensitive applications with noisy low-voltage rails.

The dual-channel AS2376Q is offered in a SO-8 (standard) package, specified for operation from -40°C to +125°C. The Diodes Incorporated AS2376Q qualifies for AEC-Q100 Grade 1 with automotive-grade supporting PPAPs.
