Mini-Circuits PVA-453 Voltage Variable Attenuator

Mini-Circuits PVA-453 Voltage Variable Attenuators are absorptive voltage variable attenuator MMIC dies fabricated using GaAs pHEMT technology packaged in a small 3.5mm x 2.5mm SMT package. Frequency range extends from 10GHz to 45GHz, offering high dynamic range, low distion, and low insertion loss. Two independently controlled attenuators can be controlled using analog control voltages from -4V to 0V. Mini-Circuits PVA-453 Voltage Variable Attenuators are suitable for a variety of applications including 5G MIMO, satellite communications, test and measurement equipment, radar, EW, and ECM defense systems.
