Texas Instruments SN74LV244A/SN74LV244A-Q1 Octal Buffer/Line Driver

Texas Instruments SN74LV244A/SN74LV244A-Q1 Octal Buffers and Line Drivers are designed for 2V to 5.5V VCC operation. The SN74LV244A/SN74LV244A-Q1 devices are designed to improve the density and performance of the 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters. The Texas Instruments SN74LV244A are organized as two 4-bit line drivers with separate output-enable (OE) inputs. The SN74LV244A-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
