MACOM MASW-011198 DC 44Hz SPDT Absorptive Switch operates at 44GHz with a 1.8dB insertion loss. The MACOM MASW-011198 features RF output ports terminated in 50Ω within isolated paths. The switch is capable of handling up to 26dBm of power. The input and output return losses reach 18dB, and the device has standard logic levels at 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V CMOS.
