MACOM MASW-011199 DC 44GHz SP4T Reflective Switch features 2.6dB of insertion loss at 44GHz. The MACOM MASW-011199 has a power handling capability of 26dBm and 16dB input and output return losses in the thru path. The device’s logic levels are compatible with standard 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V CMOS with +3.3V and -3.3V required bias supplies.
