ROHM Semiconductor Automotive IPD 2-Ch Low Side Switches

ROHM Semiconductor Automotive IPD 2-Ch Low Side Switches are designed for 12V automotive applications. The automotive switches offer built-in overcurrent protection (OCP), dual TSD, and active clamp function. Furthermore, the ROHM low-side switches are equipped with an output diagnostic function for the TSD. ROHM Semiconductor Automotive IPD 2-Ch Low Side Switches are available in a 4.9mm x 6.0mm x 1.65mm SOP-J8 package.
