Infineon Technologies PSoC™ 4100S Max Arm® Cortex®-M0+ Programmable SoCs have more flash and GPIOs and introduce the next generation CAPSENSE™ IP, MSC CAPSENSE. The Infineon SoCs advancements enable higher performance, lower power operation, and lower cost HMI applications. The PSoC 4100S Max can innovate products to the next level using communication methods and a cryptographic accelerator.

    • 48MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU with a DMA controller
    • 384KB flash and 32KB SRAM
    • External MHz oscillator (ECO) with PLL and 32kHz watch crystal oscillator (WCO)
    • CRYPTO blocks include AES, TRNG, PRNG, CRC, and SHA
  • Programmable analog blocks
    • One 12-bit, 1Msps SAR ADC
    • Two op-amps are configurable as programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs), comparators (CMPs), etc.
    • Two low-power comparators
    • Two MSC (Multi-Sense Converter) blocks with next-generation CAPSENSE technology
  • One CAN-FD (Controller Area Network with Flexible Data-rate) controller
  • Programmable digital blocks
    • Eight 16-bit timer/counter/pulse-width modulator (TCPWM) blocks
    • Five serial communication blocks (SCBs) that are configurable as I2C, SPI, or UART
    • Segment LCD
    • Two I2S Mater channels
  • Packages
    • 48-TQFP, 64-TQFP and 100-TQFP
  • I/O subsystem
    • Up to 84 GPIOs, including 24 Smart I/Os
