Littelfuse LS12052BD33 eFuse with Overvoltage Protection is an 18V 5A integrated load switch that uses few external components and offers multiple protection modes. The LS12052BD33 provides a robust defense against overload, short circuit, input voltage surge, excessive inrush current, and reverse current blocking with an external NFET. The low 25mΩ R_DS(ON) helps reduce power loss during typical operation, and the current limit level can be set with a lone external resistor. Littelfuse LS12052BD33 eFuse features a fixed overvoltage 14.4V output voltage clamp and a wide 2.7V to 18V input voltage range in a small 3mm x 3mm 10-lead DFN package.
