Tektronix TBS2000B Digital-Storage Oscilloscopes capture and display significantly more signals than previous oscilloscope designs to help users debug and validate their applications faster. These models feature a 228.6mm (9″) WVGA display, 5M-point record length, and 2GS/s sample rate. Tektronix TBS2000B Digital-Storage Oscilloscopes enable users to easily and confidently analyze their signals with on-waveform cursor readouts and 32 automated measurements. The readouts and measurements include informative tips. The TekVPI® probe interface supports traditional passive BNC probes, while also enabling wide application coverage with the latest active-voltage probes and current probes.
