Laird Performance Materials CoolZorb-Ultra Hybrid Thermal/EMI Absorbers

Laird Performance Materials CoolZorb-Ultra Hybrid Thermal/EMI Absorbers provide ultra-high thermal conductivity of 11.5W/m.K to meet the industry trend of increasing IC power. This high-performance series is designed to be used as a traditional thermal interface material between a heat source and heat sink, heat transfer device, or metal chassis. CoolZorb-Ultra absorbers utilize a silicone-free formulation, making them suitable for silicone-sensitive applications. They also offer good EMI suppression over a wide frequency range, particularly over 60GHz, to suppress unwanted energy coupling, resonances, or surface currents that cause board-level EMI issues. Laird CoolZorb-Ultra Hybrid Thermal/EMI Absorbers are available in an 18” X 18” standard sheet size with a standard thickness range of 0.040” to 0.20” (1mm to 5mm). The series passes UL 94V-0 requirements and is an environmentally friendly solution. Applications include 5G telecom, automotive, military, autonomous vehicles, and more.
