Bergquist Company TGF 4500CVO 4.5W/m-K High Dispense Rate Gap Fillers are high dispense rate, thermally conductive liquid gap fillers that use 2K silicone technology providing controlled volatile outgassing for silicone-sensitive applications. These gap fillers incorporate liquid Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs) to provide a balance between high performance and efficient processability for robust thermal control with minimal volatilities. The 4500CVO gap fillers feature a 4.5W/mK thermal conductivity, accurate dispensing of 300g/minute, and less than 300ppm volatile silicones for sensitive applications. The mixed liquid system cures at room temperature or can be accelerated using heat and can be operated within the -60°C to +200°C temperature range. Typical applications include power inverters, surface mount power switching, automotive electronics, computer and peripherals, EV chargers, and industrial automation/power conversion.
