Pico Technology PicoScope 4444 Accessories

Pico Technology PicoScope 4444 Accessories are designed for use with the PicoScope 4444 Oscilloscope and include D9 current probes, PicoConnect D9 differential voltage probes, and D9 adaptors. These D9 accessories connect exclusively with the PicoScope 4444 differential scope. The scope’s interface provides power to the accessory. Pico Technology PicoScope 4444 Accessories, along with the PicoScope 4444 Oscilloscope, deliver accurate and detailed measurements for a multitude of applications.

The D9 current probes are available with Pico D9 interfaces. The TA300 and TA301 both use the Hall effect to measure AC and DC currents without direct connection to the cable, while the TA368 uses the Rogowski principle for AC-only measurements.

The PicoConnect D9 differential voltage probes are offered in two versions. The PQ098 441 is a general-purpose passive differential probe with a 1:1 voltage ratio for measuring low-amplitude signals. The PQ087 442 is a 25:1 attenuating probe designed for making safe, cost-effective differential voltage measurements up to 1000V CAT III.

The D9 adaptors allow designers to use the PicoScope 4444 with traditional BNC-connected accessories. The TA271 makes single-ended measurements with a ground-referenced probe. It also is essential when using the TA325 and TA326 current probes as the adaptor grounds the negative input of the channel. The TA299 allows engineers to make differential measurements using two single-ended probes with BNC connectors, or connect two BNC cables from custom hardware. The PicoScope 4444 will identify the TA299 adaptor but not the probes connected to it.
