B&K Precision PR65/67 High-Voltage Differential Probes

B&K Precision PR65/67 High-Voltage Differential Probes are designed for accurate high-voltage power measurements up to 30MHz bandwidth. These high-voltage probes enable earth-grounded oscilloscopes to make safe and accurate floating measurements between two voltage points. The probes consist of two models, PR65 (700V) and PR67 (1400V), which feature switchable attenuation ratios, a voltage over-range indicator, and a 1000V CAT III-rated input. Both models include high-quality accessories such as insulated sprung hook probes, a protective rubber case, a universal mains adapter, and a micro-USB cord. These probes consist of multiple power options, including batteries, a USB-equipped oscilloscope, or AC mains power.

The PR65/67 probes are cTUVus certified to IEC 61010-031 for user safety and confidence. These differential probes are compatible with any oscilloscope with a 1MΩ input impedance. The PR65/67 probes can be powered by an oscilloscope USB port, internal batteries, or included mains power adapter. These probes are ideally used in precision power semiconductors, switch-mode power supply design, floating measurements, power converter measurements, and precision motor drive measurements.
