Ezurio Sentrius™ RS1xx Ext. RTD Temperature Probes are part of a battery-powered, long-range sensor platform that leverages the benefits of LoRaWAN and BLUETOOTH® Low Energy (BLE) connectivity. The RS1xx sensors are packaged in a small, rugged form factor with superior RF performance and support a range of PT100 resistance-temperature detector (RTD) temperature probe cable assemblies. The cable assemblies use an RJ45C connector (IP66 to IP68 rated) that the user connects to the sensor unit (sensor sold separately).
Ezurio Sentrius RS1xx Ext. RTD Temperature Probes are available in three versions:
• Low Temp (-100°C to +100°C) – 455-00124(B)
• Mid Temp (-40°C to +180°C) – 455-00112(B)
• High Temp (-50°C to +450°C) – 455-00123(B)
(“B” included in the part number indicates BULK package of 50 units.)
The low-temperature RTD sensor probe is ideally suited for cold-chain applications such as food safety, vaccine storage, industrial cooling, and more. The stainless-steel probe measures 50mm (∼2″) long with a measurement temperature range of -100°C to +100°C.
The mid-temperature probe is well suited for applications such as industrial cookers and smokers, monitoring low and slow cooking temperatures, food safety, HVAC, and similar. The stainless-steel probe measures 100mm (∼4″) in length and has a measurement temperature range of -40°C to +180°C.
The high-temperature probe is ideal for use in extreme industrial applications, fryers, pizza ovens, and more. The stainless-steel probe is 200mm (∼8″) in length with a measurement temperature range of -50°C to +450°C.
